Shipping Policy
We know you could have gone anywhere to shop so we appreciate you taking the time to shop with us. We are working hard to process you order as soon as possible and will usually ship within 24 hours, however processing may take up to 3 business days. We ship First Class & Priority mail through the USPS.
Return Policy
CharleyMadelyn wants to ensure that you feel confident in this walk of life. If for some reason you do not love your purchase, we want to make sure that you have an opportunity to get a refund or find something that you do love.
Online & In Store Return Policy:
Exchanges or Store Credit are allowed within 5 calendar days of purchase with original receipt (or invoice number). We do ask that all items returned should be returned in their original condition and tags are attached. Once the items are received you will receive store credit minus the cost of shipping and the cost of the return label. Store Credit Issuance may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with. Please note any shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return label. To inquire about returning an item that was purchased online or at a pop up, please first email us at hello@charleymadelyn.com within the 5 calendar days of purchase. *Please note all jewelry, accessories(including but not limited to hats, handbags, headbands, hair pieces), jewelry, bodysuits, swimsuits, SALE Items, Items purchased with a promotion are all Final Sale. No exceptions. *Sale items that are purchased are Final Sale and are not eligible for any form of refund, store credit, or exchange.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are acceptable as long as the items are unworn and the tags are still on within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery of the item. If you wish to exchange an online order, please send us an email at hello@charleymadelyn.com with your order number and details of what you would like to exchange.
Damaged Items:
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately at hello@charleymadelyn.com and provide photos of damaged item for replacement.
